Jennifer Joly MS.Ed/SPED

Jennifer Joly is a distinguished educator, author, philanthropist, and former Adjunct Professor of Early Childhood Education at Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut. A graduate of Touro College of Education in New York City, she earned a dual Master of Science degree in Special and General Education. Over the course of her 20+ year career, Mrs. Joly has become a leading Educational Consultant and Behavioral Modification specialist, creating innovative learning pathways for children with diverse abilities while empowering more than 400 families through her expertise.

A sought-after master trainer, Mrs. Joly has mentored and supervised aspiring educators in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Her work is focused on reshaping the learning process for young children, while dispelling the misconception that children with special needs cannot make meaningful contributions to society. She has also pioneered customized reading initiatives in schools across the New York City metropolitan area, as well as Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties. Her mission is to foster a love for reading in children, with the guiding belief that "readers are leaders."

As an educational leader, Mrs. Joly is committed to continuous personal and professional growth. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Vilbrun Community Research Center (VCRC), where she played a key role in outreach efforts to support the Haitian community in both the U.S. and Haiti. Through her leadership, VCRC impacted the lives of more than 70 children and families, focusing on education, empowerment, and community development. Her work extended to supporting an orphanage in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and various elementary schools.
